Uplink

System Requirements

The Uplink CD comes with both the Windows and Linux versions. If you have any version of Windows from Win95 through to XP you will be ok. We are working on a Vista update, and as long as you have the latest drivers you should be OK, but we can't guarentee it. See here for more information. Uplink uses openGL for graphics which is now installed as standard on all Windows systems. In addition, you will need around 20 megs hard disk space for installation.

Countries and currencies

We can currently accept online orders in UK pounds, US Dollars, and the Euro. Most credit cards have the ability to pay in at least one of these currencies.

Delivery

Please allow up to 28 days for delivery, however we will aim to get the product to you much faster than this. Typically most customers wait around five to seven days for their CD to arrive.

Returns and Refunds

If your Uplink CD is defective you can send it back to us and we will be happy to send you a replacement. We will also offer you a refund instead if you wish.

Security

All online orders are processed using our secure credit card transaction system which uses 128 bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) architecture (dependent on browser support), and are signed using Thawte digital certificates. Our architecture is based on the OSCommerce system which is used on hundreds of different sites around the world.
